Thunderbird Resort Club, Sparks

Our stay was quite interesting; the resort has spacious rooms and a good location near various attractions, but it definitely shows signs of needing updates. While we enjoyed having a full kitchen and new furniture, the overall management and service left much to be desired, especially with communication issues. Additionally, the amenities weren't consistently available or welcoming, which detracted from the experience.
