Our stay was quite interesting; the resort has spacious rooms and a good location near various attractions, but it definitely shows signs of needing updates. While we enjoyed having a full kitchen and new furniture, the overall management and service left much to be desired, especially with communication issues. Additionally, the amenities weren’t consistently available or welcoming, which detracted from the experience.

My stay at the resort spa was truly enjoyable. The condos are clean, comfortable, and newly furnished, which made for a lovely atmosphere. I appreciated the video check-in process and the friendly service. While the kitchen was well-equipped and there were great community activities, I found some areas could use improvements, like the couch and some bathroom cabinets. Overall, it's an excellent spot for a relaxing getaway with plenty of activities nearby.

Our family trip was planned for months, and we were incredibly disappointed to find the resort's pool and hot tub closed despite being told it was fully open.
